itrytobeso i made phở bò two days ago! i started at 10:00 and dinner was ready at 18:00, so i spent pretty much the entire day on it.
but i'm not really that happy with the result tbh? it doesn't taste anything like restaurant phở, although the coriander and lime juice help a bit. but the most important thing is that my parents and sister liked it, and that i had lots of fun in the process.
