video edit
Apr. 9th, 2020 10:32 ami have to do a video assignment for one of my courses which meant that i taught myself video editing in like one day. luckily i'm surrounded by people who have some experience creating stuff: my little sister does music and she let me borrow her good microphone for recording my lines of the voice-over. i felt very real with the fancy microphone and fancy headphones!
one of my youtuber acquaintances recommended some good open-source software. in the end it doesn't really matter what software i use for video editing — my skill level is low enough that the more advanced details don't matter, i only needed the very basic stuff. i had a lot of fun, figuring things out as i went along, and the result looks almost decent.
i feel like i should consider making videos as a hobby since i enjoy it so much. only problem is, i don't have any material to edit — i wouldn't know what to make videos about.
