of all the things i do when i should be doing homework, crossword puzzles somehow feel like the worst. something about doing a crossword puzzle while i have a shared document open that i'm supposed to be working on with classmates feels like a big "fuck you, i'm bored and not planning to contribute". good thing no one can see me.

(that said, i'm pleasantly surprised with the size of my vocabulary. guess i did learn something in Dutch class.)
