itrytobei cajoled a friend into letting me come and help with moving preparations. i knew i was probably going to be in the way more than i'd be useful, and i'm sure my friend also knew that and was just humouring me.
there wasn't much left to do (my friend said) so i ended up mostly sitting around chatting and eating her biscuits. i did help wrap two boxes in packing tape and even talked her into letting me carry one of them to the post office. i wish i could have been more use, but i had a nice afternoon and i don't think my company was unwelcome.
