hhhhgg i still Desire a caidao but i feel extra bad about it because my "perfectly good" santoku is in better shape than ever. i used it for the first time after sharpening and it's Fucking razor sharp. thread-thin ginger filaments, translucent chili ringlets, crystal clear cucumber slices... it's absolutely wonderful
